One of the key decisions you’ll make when starting a business is selecting a business entity. It is a decision that will have long lasting impact on your finances, taxes, and personal liability. In this workshop we’ll compare the main legal structures for doing business: Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Corporations, and LLCs. We’ll discuss the costs of formation, the differences in management structure, and the documents that are required for each different structure.
